October 1, 2010 to December 15, 2011 - $75.00
All life members MUST submit a membership application in order
to keep our membership records up-to date.To submit your membership application offline you need to first download and print the application form on your printer. Fill it out and mail it with your membership fee ($35.00) until October 1, 2011. Membership fees for applications submitted after September 30, 2011 to December 15, 2011 is $75.00.
