TISCA All State Team patches are available to swimmers with the top 24 times from the TISCA meets, district, regional and state meets compiled together during the swimming season. All State Diving is determined by the TISCA By-Laws. This criteria applies to UIL teams (public schools). Private school all state is determined by having a top 24 times from any event from the TISCA meets, TAPPS regionals or SPC Championship meet. Patches are $10 each (postage and handling included)
